This agreement governs the use of our online platform for business-to-business transactions between pharmacies in Tanzania. Our platform provides a marketplace for pharmacies to source and sell pharmaceutical products, as well as a delivery service and a point of sale system for retail pharmacies.

We offer online ordering and accept payment through secure online payment gateways only. We do not accept cash payments or payment on delivery. You agree to pay the full amount due at the time of purchase.
To use Mhasibu for business application, you must be at least 18 years old and a registered business in Tanzania with a valid business registration number.
We offer a free delivery service to our users, which is subject to availability and delivery area. We will deliver your order to the delivery address provided by you.
It is the responsibility of the pharmacy to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery during the agreed time, and to inspect the products upon receipt. Cancellation is not possible once an order has been processed and shipped, but we may offer a return or exchange of products depending on the circumstances.
We provide a point of sale system for retail pharmacies to facilitate authorized transactions with their customers. You are responsible for the security and proper use of the POS system. We reserve the right to revoke your access to the point of sale system if you violate these terms and conditions.
